It's time to take Roundup off the shelves

Docket # EPA-HQ-OPP-2009-0361

The overuse of weed killers like Roundup is having dire effects on the natural world. Glyphosate kills the milkweed plants monarch butterflies need to survive. We pour millions of pounds of Roundup on lawns, parks, schools and other green spaces every year -- so it's no coincidence that some monarch butterfly populations are in staggering decline.

Meanwhile, glyphosate has been linked to cancer by the World Health Organization. This substance is harmful to nature and humans alike. I strongly urge you not to permit the sale of glyphosate.
