Tell Exxon’s CEO To Cease And Desist

When it comes to paying a $20 million fine for polluting the habitat of red foxes, herons, and humans, Exxon’s CEO, Darren Woods, won’t take “we’re guilty” for an answer.

He’s ordered his lawyers to appeal the already-seven-years-long case, to avoid setting a bad precedent for similar lawsuits at his other refineries around the country. But Woods also doesn’t want bad publicity to upset the tens of millions of customers who buy his gasoline.

Join us in sending a Cease And Desist letter to Darren Woods, asking him to drop the appeal and take the lumps he and his company so richly deserve.
